...Utter, colossal moron. Something like this for epileptics would be bloody disastrous. Think twice, act once is a golden rule for a slew of reasons. Something like this would fit well on the list.
As per this being a matter of race... There are much better ways to get your point across without having people instantly hate you via your incredibly reckless and annoying display.

1) You don't know shit about epilepsy. People that are that epileptic sensitive would avoid this site in general, and television for that matter.
